Reporting A Claim

In the event you need to file a claim, the carriers listed below offer 24 hour direct claim reporting services. You may also report a claim on-line if your carrier has a web link below. Before calling, please be sure to have your policy number and claim details available for the claims adjuster. After your claim is filed, the insurance carrier will forward a copy of your claim report to our office. If your carrier is not listed below, please refer to your policy for an 800# direct claim filing number or contact of our office at 281-894-8200.
